I’m doing another 21-Day meditation experience with Deepak and Oprah. This one comes at a most serendipitous time in my life as some of you may know. This meditation experience is all about getting “unstuck” and removing the limitations we put on ourselves that stop us for living our fullest life. Day 5 – Rising Above Your Old Conditioning
Old conditioning leads to automatic, robotic behavior. List three things you do or three ways you respond without thinking, such as defending yourself if you feel attacked, eating even when you don’t feel hungry, or feeling shy around strangers.
1) I am quick to defend myself when it comes to certain people.
2) I respond to certain topics in the same way over and over again.
3) I probably do comfort eat as well.
